Recent Collaborations & Training Highlights
- Oakley Elementary School (Spring 2024): Designed and delivered an ADHD-focused, trauma-informed training for teachers and staff, integrating inclusive classroom strategies and policy insights from MPH coursework.
- MAHEC (Jan–May 2024): Facilitated a multi-part didactic series on neurodivergence, therapy modalities (CBT, EMDR, solution-focused), and multiple presentations regarding Latinx Experiences in Western North Carolina and perspectives providers can take in ensuring cultural competency in service delivery.
- Jackson County Health Department (Spring 2025): Developed a 12-month Mental Wellness Plan including monthly activities, psychoeducation, and community-building prompts to support staff well-being.
- Henderson County Dept. of Public Health & Public School System (2024‑2025): Supported youth mental health strategies and crisis response protocols, drawing on Sources of Strength principles and trauma-informed care.
- UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health (2023–2025): Crafted a mock grant proposal, developed a multi-phase school-based mental health campaign, advocated for equitable school discipline reforms, and explored reducing administrative barriers in Medicaid With these engagements, I’m able to partner communities to support systems
Program Development & Strategic Consulting
I am able to partner with organizations and communities to develop and refine mental health initiatives that are rooted in trauma-informed, equity-oriented, and sustainable design. Typical rate: $100–$150/hour or flat project fees starting at $3,500–$5,000, depending on scope and duration.**
Policy Advising & Systems Support
I work with institutions and coalitions to reduce provider burden, center mental health in upstream planning, and increase access for underserved populations. This can include Medicaid system feedback, school and agency infrastructure development, or technical assistance for policy alignment with trauma-informed frameworks.
Typical rate: $120–$180/hour for advising; flat rates for system consulting projects range from $5,000–$15,000 depending on complexity and duration.**
Training & Facilitation
I offer engaging workshops and structured learning sessions for leadership, staff, educators, care providers, and community partners. Topics include trauma-informed systems, emotional regulation strategies, burnout prevention, reflective practice, and equity-informed care. These offerings are tailored to the needs and culture of your organization.
Typical rate: $1,200–$1,800 for half-day sessions; $2,000–$3,000 for full-day workshops.**
Speaking Engagements & Community Conversations
I offer keynote presentations, panel moderation, and facilitated dialogue spaces designed to invite reflection, connection, and healing. These engagements center themes of identity, trauma, emotional literacy, mental health equity, and collective care.
Typical rate: $1,500–$2,500 for keynote or panel participation; Community Conversations start at $3,000, depending on the audience, scope, and customization.**
