Services Offered

At Resilient Networks, healing begins with connection. I offer therapeutic and consulting services that honor the intersections of individual experience and systemic context. My work is rooted in care, sustainability, and community resilience.

Therapy Services (Currently Full)

Located at 201 Charlotte Street, Ashveille NC 28801, from Saturday-Monday I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents, with a focus on creating a space where you don’t have to shrink or explain away who you are. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and attentive to the broader systems that shape our lives.

Areas of focus include:

  • Trauma and complex PTSD
  • Anxiety, grief, and life transitions
  • Burnout, caregiving fatigue, and stress recovery
  • LGBTQ+ affirming care
    • Gender exploration, queer identity, coming out, navigating faith or family
  • Neurodiversity-affirming support
    • ADHD, Autism, sensory and executive functioning needs

Whether you’re navigating trauma and complex PTSD, coping with anxiety, grief, or major life transitions, or dealing with burnout and caregiving fatigue, I offer compassionate support to help you process and heal.

For those in the LGBTQ+ community, I provide affirming care that celebrates gender exploration, queer identity, coming out, and the intersections of faith and family. I also specialize in neurodiversity-affirming therapy, with experience supporting clients with ADHD, Autism, sensory and executive functioning needs.

If you come from a bicultural or Latinx background, I honor the complexities of bilingual and bicultural experiences. We can work together in English or Spanish, weaving language and culture into your healing journey.

Sessions are available via secure telehealth for NC residents. In-person sessions in WNC available upon request. Operating hours for Psychotherapy services are Saturdays & Sundays from 9am and end at 4pm, and Mondays from 9am until 3pm.

My motto is “I can be flexible, but not bent out of shape.” And I am happy to be flexible with these days and times as I can allow.

At this time, I am unfortunately not accepting new therapy clients. I maintain a small caseload to provide thoughtful, steady care, and that sometimes means my practice fills up.

If you’d like to be notified when a spot opens, you’re welcome to join a waitlist. I’ll reach out as soon as I have availability. If interested in knowing more about what therapy with me looks like, click here.
